Had a great time my step daughter caught her first two halibut ever she loved it wants to go back soon
This boat and crew flat worked to get everybody on the boat a fish. It didn't pan out yet that's fishing. Captain Jonathan Smith. Made every effort when the bite slowed. And then made a hail Mary throw at the end of the day which was 4pm and we picked up 3 more keeper halibut. Josphe Smith the deck hand was Johnny on the spot with the net and fresh bait, help to the newbies,ect. Couldn't ask for better.
I have to say that Jim and all of his kin that I have met are the nicest folks on the water, probably land too. Cap't Jim taught me how to properly build a fishing rig for ocean gear way back in the 70's I believe it was.
Had real good time the crew was very on point with everybody. It was well worth the 3 hr drive both ways to go fishing with this crew
Between 1 and 10 I would give these guys 11+ + + you will limit out Thank you guys it's alway fun catching big limits
I thought the crew could have been a little more friendly. Out of 20 people there was not one keeper on the boat. For $2,700 I think that they could have done a little better.
Excellent Captain and Deckhand...They work hard to get you on the fish..
