the owner of this business will take your money even when no services are provided. our driveway was plowed after the recent snowstorm but then the street plow went by and created a snowbank at the end of the driveway. and also the snow had continued a bit throughout the morning so there was probably an extra 2-3 inches of snow on the back portion of the driveway that was plowed (person that plows will often plow in back of our cars in the wee hours of the morning and then return later and finish the job after we move the ca... read more
I have no clue who answered the phone, I was trying to get an estime a while ago, and the lady was so impatient and rude like I was wasting her time. Just wanted a ballpark estimate so i could schedule right away and get a monthly service, making sure the house was ready because people were moving out. She said $300 for a deep clean including stove and fridge.. which is a steal (if they actually do a good job and dont rush) Couldn't even tell me what the cleaning included, so no way to know what I'm getting into.
