Dr. Kristen has helped me recover from my delivery post-partum and also helped my baby recover from tongue-tie operations. I had intense joint pain and pelvic floor issues and her wide range of expertise has brought me relief! She is very friendly and knowledgeable about many holistic health topics.
Amazing care for my wife and child. Then we took her Body ready method labor class. Not only did the Body ready method class prepare me, but it also prepared my wife. I was actively participating through the whole labor experience and I felt prepared to support her.
Dr. Kristen is the best when it comes to helping moms and pregnancy, hands down! If you are looking for some relief give her a call.
Dr. Kristen helped my 5 week old baby and I when we had breastfeeding issues. She was great with him and really treated us both by sharing her wisdom and supporting us.
