I had what was supposed to be a relaxing mother-and-daughter spa day, but it turned into one of the worst experiences I've ever had. During my massage, the masseuse was extremely rough and aggressive. Instead of checking in about the pressure or my comfort level, he continued applying excessive force that immediately caused me significant pain.
