Sold a large job right away via their website while waiting for the display just to find out the material sold will no longer be available and they had zero stock. Very unhappy with customer service. I returned tile via my retailer on October 3, 2024 and still have not received my refund. When I emailed the company about this I was told only wholesalers could make inquiries, not homeowners.
