Bad customer service, plus they sold me a car with a bad transmission and did nothing about it . To repair the transmission will coast $3,000.00
Bought a car from this company 3 days later check engine light come on and car starts to loose power, I take it back they run diagnosis and find the problem but didnt have the part to fix ... I leave with the car 7 days later car completely shuts down alternator and relay issues I call that Thursday Mr. Dallas promises the tow truck will pick up Friday the tow truck hcomes on Saturday long story shirt I don't get the car back til Thursday after they had me ride out there wed and the car was suppose to be fixed and to top it ... read more
The sales staff presents a very helpful and caring image. After purchase, the general manager, Sam, will give you a body part to kiss and tell you that you purchased a used car, not honoring promises. I asked for the owner, knowing he was in the room, and HE told me that the owner was out of the country. I dont recommend purchases from Happy Cars. Prices are great, if there werent problems. There always are though.
