We purchased a camper and got the extended warranty. After a couple months, decided to cancel the warranty. Called on 9/30/2019 to cancel and was told 7 to 10 days for warranty purchase to be deposited into our loan account.... After numerous calls, text messages, 'Check is in the mail', it's now 12/17/2019 and still have not received the warranty refund. Been a complete runaround with the office manager and finance manager.
Straight forward, no pressure, helpful team. Service after sale, and taking care of existing customers, like a local business should. Fair prices, no games, and no hidden fees, quick and easy process to buy the camper you want, no pressure to buy one that you don't.
