Bill, our salesman was knowledgeable and No Pressure was ever put on us to purchase from them! He spent a good hour with us talking about the RV before we even made the final decision to purchase! Refused to honor the warrenty on our Aliner. Said we did not buy it there so they were not doing any work on it! They are the warrenty station for it! Mike in service flatly refused so we are contacting Aliner on this. Sad when you have something you were told to take in and then get turned away. Shame on you Happy Camper!
