We have had a great experience with all their staff. They are caring and treated my parents with nothing but kindness and respect. All the girls have gone above and beyond. I only worked at Happy at Home for about 3 months, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. A lot of things that were discussed during hiring didn’t end up matching my actual experience. There was talk about raises after a few months based on performance, but that never happened. They also offer extra hours to make it seem like you can get full-time hours, but many of those hours are split shifts, which makes it really hard to have any work-life balance. Though we've been through a number of caregivers since January, all have basic and often advanced qualifications and experience. I find Tiffany and her team very attentive to our caregiving needs. They truly seek a caregiver who meets our needs. In consultation with us, they find basic and often advanced caregivers so that a familiar caregiver is always available when need arises. What to say...Happy at Home Healthcare Services were amazing with our Mom! Even though it was only a short time it felt longer because they settled in quickly. We came to know of Happy at Home from a friend that was already using the service and were so happy. When I finally made the call, Tiffany & TC dealt with everything.
