What to say...Happy at Home Healthcare Services were amazing with our Mom! Even though it was only a short time it felt longer because they settled in quickly. We came to know of Happy at Home from a friend that was already using the service and were so happy. When I finally made the call, Tiffany & TC dealt with everything. We have had absolutely excellent care from our Caregiver. She arrives precisely on time and does her work very well and efficiently. She’s very kind and pleasant.
Most of the review shared here are done by Happy At Home staff….so read them all Therefore, as a family we decided to leave a client review. When we first employed Happy At Home we were promised 24/7 care that did not happen . On many Times that we requested 24/7 care there was always an excuse that the nursing staff were too busy or they have their weekends off and do not want to be disturbed . We have been fortunate to have Happy at Home Healthcare assist with my husband who has Alzheimer’s. His support worker takes him for walks, does exercises with him to strengthen his muscles. She also plays match card games to help him with his memory. She reminds him to shower which is a hard job in itself. Thank you for making my job less stressful.
