SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have cried and begged this people to help me with my billing issue and all they keep repeating is "would you like to go ahead and continue with the scheduling of your OUT-OF-POCKET appointment???"" -which is $500!!!! They already billed me with $975 because I missed an appointment. They charge you FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS if you miss an appointment, on top of the regular price. Guess where that info is?! Deep deep deep in the contract. I need refills. I cannot ask for more refills if I don't pay the $975. Gave ... read more

This company has a scheme going on billing fraud. I've reported them to my state attorney's office- encourage all who come here to leave a review with similar experiences to do the same.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR $ OR LET THEM BILL YOUR INSURANCE! I'm not just some angry customer who didn't like his doctor. My doctor never showed to the zoom call. They said it was a scheduling error. I ask for a refund on my co-pay and got hung up on twice, told by one person they couldn't give me a refund, and placed on indefinite hold another 2 times.
