We had Wallside out. We felt that Hansons had a superior product to Wallside. We went with the triple pane.
I was pleased with the efficiency and speed they worked at. They were very thorough and kept things clean. There was no mess left over after the job was completed. They were friendly.

Left a big mess in our yard and said they could not come back for a week! I have pets and didnt want them stepping on nails, so I was forced to clean it up myself. They knocked over patio furniture, left roof pcs and nails all over the yard and left pop bottles. I called the sales rep and he pretended to be in shock and said he was going to talk to Brian Elias at once. Never heard from anyone again. Shame on you all!

High pressure sales! the guy sat at my house for hours trying to make the sale. He stayed until my wife felt almost insulted and I had to basically kick him out. All their promotions on TV are a joke, it seemed like the salesman initially high balled me and then started going lower, We did not see one bit of pricing information reflecting their advertisements. Same stuff here, had to listen for an hour, got a quote, they called 20 times. One week later our personal info must of been sold as I had to spend 6 hrs changing our email, all online account passwords, etc. Someone from Canada must of bought it as someone from Ontario was trying to change one of our accouts. The bank stopped it as they found the IP address to be out of the orinary and contacted us. Other than that, their quote was TWICE that of all our local companies.

The salesman Mark Murray had me watch and listen to an hour of videos and sales pitches which included the owner of "Hansons" crying about the death of his father, the salesman asked me if I needed a tissue. I should have relized at this point he was a trained scam artist, he (Mark) gave me the quotes and told me I wouldnt get these discounts unless I signed and paid before he walked out my front door!
