***** was very helpful explaining the ***************************** process, and always responded promptly to the questions I had. **** and *** called ahead of their arrival and got there on time, as scheduled. They were courteous, careful, expeditious and professional in packing up my furniture, and loading it along with all the boxes I had pre-packed.

The Hansen ************* were right on time and a pleasure to work with. They are efficient and careful. They were so efficient that the bill for the move was less than the original estimate. There was good communication through out the process with the dispatcher and others involved in arranging the move.I would heartily recommend Hansen anytime.

Hansen Brothers did a great job for us on our move in *******, in September of this year.. Before the move, our contact **** actually came to the house to estimate the cost and time requirements accurately. They were the only company who we contacted that did an in-person evaluation in advance. The crew on moving day was neat, courteous and worked diligently, displaying great care to our property. ***** and ****** were fantastic! Very professional, friendly and courteous. This was not an easy furniture move-in as our landscaping wasn't completed. They had a "can do" attitude and accomplished the move of our furniture without any problem. As difficult as it was they never showed any frustration or poor attitude. We would totally recommend both ***** and ******!! We've used Hansen Bros. a few times in the past and wouldn't consider another moving/storage company if we move again. Also, **** is awesome! Hansen Brothers made my move go very smoothly. The crew was very respectful and efficient. They made sure to protect my walls and floors. The men did a great job moving all of my furniture from the 2nd floor of my townhouse. They made a very stressful day go smoothly. My parents used them years ago, so I knew they were the ones to call. I will use them again in the future.

Hansen Bros. has been the most transparent, communicative, and punctual company I've ever received a service from. I was honestly nervous about working with a moving company for my long-term storage needs, but Hansen Bros. made it so easy, that I have no doubts that my belongings are safe with them, and will refer business to them as often as I can.
