Well, where to beginWe called near the end of March and were "clueless". I hadn't moved since **** when a case of beer and a couple pizzas and you were set! **************** was amazing in his patience and professionalism and set me up for May 5 the, next-sooner option was Friday the 13th.no thanks! We used the moving and storage services because we sold our previous home before we could move into our new home. I remember hearing good things about Hansen Bros. So I called to inquire. *****, our sales person visited us and offered everything we needed to make this work for a couple in their Mid 70's! At every step in this process the people we encountered were very professional, friendly and helpful. The only breakage were two bowls that we packed ourselves. ********************** referred me to you and the level of service I have received from day one has been outstanding. It is not a huge job (moving a few pieces of furniture from house to garage while floors are being refinished, but you would never know if from the outstanding level of service I have received. Working with Hansen Brothers was a pleasure! From the first visit where they checked out what we needed moved and gave us an estimate, I felt like they actually cared about our goods. The gentlemen who moved our items were courteous, professional and quick as well. And the final payment was actually UNDER the estimate. Working with Hansen Brothers just made our move so much easier and less stressful all the way around. I would highly recommend working with them, and will definitely do so again!
