We had a piano that needed special care and was delivered to us from ** to UT without a scratch. We were so pleased with the care of the loading crew and the unloading crew. The office staff was especially detailed and knowledgeable answering all of our questions and concerns for this multi-state move. Where to begin!! *******, ***** and ***** were AMAZING!!! They were professional and courteous and they never stopped working!! They are so strong I still marvel at the ease they handled everything. At the original site they wrapped everything and treated my belongings like precious cargo. I knew nothing would be broken or damaged and after unpacking all the boxes I was right everything is absolutely perfect!! I cannot say enough good things about this crew!! This was my 3rd move with Hansen Bros. The first was in 1999, the second one was in 2012. While the other moves were excellent, I think that the three men who came yesterday were the best.
