I am going to make it a mission of mine that no other owner in Deer Lake Village in Deer Valley ever uses Tru Team / Hansen All Seasons insulation again. Their presence in this neighborhood for numerous days has been disruptive, rude, out of line, in violation of our HOA rules, defiant, obnoxious, disregarding of any other owners besides the one paying for their existence, and overall the worst experience I’ve ever had watching a subcontractor in our development. I had them do a job for me up Provo Canyon, they exceeded my expectations in timeliness, quality of work, and in making sure I was happy in every way with their work. Raul, was one of the lead installers who took care of me and made the process painless and answered all of my inexperienced questions. Josh at Hansen insulation was a great help in tracking down the rockwool that I needed and couldn't find anywhere else. They were able to get it in a week. Great price and great service.
