Hansen/All Seasons Insulation did a fantastic job with our home; however, scheduling and communication made it more difficult. At first, our consultation was confirmed but no one showed. Afterward, we followed up and they had someone coming out the next day. We were told they would be here around 11am. The following morning, the consultant showed up at 8:30am. Ted and his team are fantastic. The crew was on time, kept the work area extremely clean, they even put plastic down on the floor/carpet areas! The crew answered any questions I had! Everyone was very polite and accommodating.
Raul and Octavio are the hero's here. Quality work and confirmation of it, communication and friendlessness-Grade A. In all other cases, the people who were raised in this culture seemed to care the least-Grade C- for them.
They are quick to bill but not quick to get customers paperwork for the rebates they tell you about. I have been waiting for rebate paperwork for 2 months. The first time I reached out (about a month after install) I was told I had to pay my bill first. My bill was paid the week after installation. The second time that I reached out, they apologized, saying they thought it was already sent but would make sure it got done, but still nothing.
