I had a great buying experience with Hanselman. When I showed up on the lot they were courteous, but not pushy by any means. They practically told me to take the car to a repair shop to make sure everything is in good shape. I did and their were a few small issues, which was to be expected as the car was a 98 Accord. They offered me a fair price and treated me respectfully; none sales room antics I experienced at New Car dealerships.
