I have NEVER had such a good experience buying car then I did with Christian. We where laughing the whole Time but when it came down to business he got things done. He worked with my needs and wants and even gave me a few pointers. I was in a little rush to get my son from school and Chris put a little heat behind everyone to get things done faster. Third time for same thing. Airbag recall. Not airbag light won't go off. Let's see if rocket scientists can get it right
Very unimpressed. Just was ripped off by Hansel Service department. Bought a 60k service plan with a new purchase. Service wasn’t due until just over 60k, so...I had to pay $1000 out of pocket for my 60k service. Sales manager Victor and service rep said “it was in the fine print”. Last time I work with Hansel. What a poor business.
