If I could give zero stars I would. My experience has been the exact opposite of every other review. Left two messages for Jim, no call back. My pool installer finally got ahold of him and set up to have my pool filled the next day. But Jim didn't show and didn't bother to call. So I sat at home all day waiting and wasting my time. Highly do not recommend!
I would recommend doing business with this company. What a refreshing change to do business with a company that keeps the customer updated, is on time, and professional. I left a message and they called back, we set a date and time and they texted me the morning of to let me know when they would be coming. They arrived on time and completed the work just like they quoted. Dan B.

Jim H***** and his team are fantastic to work with. They are prompt to return calls, provide a quote and get you scheduled to fill your pool. I had them set up for a Wed. delivery but our pool liner installation was done sooner than planned. We called Jim and his team was able to get 18,000 gallons of water delivered to our pool a day early. Blake arrived at 430p and delivered four truckloads. Used Hansel & Son Trucking to fill my new pool, I didnt think about filling the pool with my hard water until late in the building process. I called Jim on a Saturday evening to leave him a message to get info and he actually answered his phone! Talked with Jim and he was very helpful and gave me a great price to fill my pool, he was there the next Monday right as he said he would and had our new pool filled in a matter of hours! I highly recommend working with Jim for your water hauling needs
Jim is great to work with. He always communicates and let’s you know when he will be there. Reasonably priced especially compared to trying to fill your pool with a hose and paying the huge water bill that the city would send you!

We just had a new liner put in our inground pool. I thought I was going to have to fill it up with our well water. Jim Hansel called and said he will get me water for the pool.
