I could not be more pleased with Jim and Hansel and Son Trucking.! We called them to fill our used above ground pool and even rescheduled several times. When we were finally ready for him to come out it was a Saturday. He arrived and started to fill our pool, then the liner tore. We were devistated, but Jim gave us some good advice and a week later we were filling the pool again on a Saturday. He was filled the pool until 9pm. Absolutely recommend using Hansel and Sons! We were looking for someone to come fill our pool and we heard about Hansel and Sons. Well, he was in our neighborhood filling up someone else’s pool and we asked him if we would come fill up our pool while he was in the neighborhood. I just purchased my very first pool. I called around to get quotes to fill the pool, that’s when I found Jim Hansel. He had the best price in town and explained the process in detail. He brought over 2 loads of crystal clear swimming water to fill my pool. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions. I had my grandparents pool filled a few weeks ago , it was kind of a last-minute thing. But Jim was there ready and with the best prices in town. Unfortunately the two reviews you see are from people attempting to damage our good reputation due to there lack of patience what they are not saying is they canceled prior to delivery then attempted to get back on the list we are a small company veteran owned we do the best we can to get to every customer but on any given day we get over 500 calls we work from a ever changing list due to rescheduled pools and against weather challenges that cause unavoidable delays we do our best to give the best service.and people jumping ... read more
Poor professional service. Non responsive. Schedule then don't show or respond. List is income bases only not by they promise date.
If I could give zero stars I would. My experience has been the exact opposite of every other review. Left two messages for Jim, no call back. My pool installer finally got ahold of him and set up to have my pool filled the next day. But Jim didn't show and didn't bother to call. So I sat at home all day waiting and wasting my time. Highly do not recommend!
