Verified Renter I’ve lived here for a few years . I love my unit and the location of the complex. The price is fair in comparison to nearby neighborhoods. The parking can be an issue sometimes. The neighbors are nice most stay to themselves. Not a lot of noise problems. The issue I do have is with management and the office. They don’t return phone calls . Verified Renter Good location , spacious unit. The price is fair in comparison to nearby areas. Parking space availability still is an issue. Office staff communicates poorly. Phone calls un returned. Request made and not completed. Neighbors can be noisy at odd times. The community upkeep could be better trash and breezeways included. Overall not a bad place to call home the amenities we have are nice and the greenery makes it look beautiful with the changing seasons.
