Verified Renter Maintenance is quick with answering request. Neighborhood could use more lights and security as there have been several incidents involving people from other neighborhoods coming over causing chaos. Amenities are nice ( could use an upgrade on washer and dryer as someone is always breaking them and not reporting it after ) other than that the park for kids and dogs have been added are great!! And so is the newly added gym equipment!!
Verified Renter Jay and staff made the process so MUCH simpler than the other 10 (not exaggerating) complexes I visited. Love the security car at night, and deputy sheriff car parked near entrance.
Verified Renter This property needs improvement from the unit itself to the upkeep of the grounds. The gym was recently upgraded with new equipment as well as the property manger’s office. What about the inside of our units ? The communication between the property manger and tenants is lacking. On the positive side the rent is affordable and the location is good. The units are spacious and the noise level is good . The parking is terrible most nights having to park away from your building. This property could be so much more... read more
Verified Renter Not very safe. There’s been car break ins recently. Maintenance comes when they feel like it and/or will just lend you the tools so you have to do it yourself which is crazy. Maintenance issues go unsolved all the time. Never anybody in the front office when you need them. At least there isn’t bugs.

Verified Renter I moved in on March 10th, 2 bedroom very spacious check off all of my boxes. Very quiet community and very well kept. Neighbors are nice and speak when they see u. Great location, conveniently located to a lot of things. The move was simple great experience.
