The property manager ANNA was amazing and very personable!! Working with her was very pleasant and I felt she would get the job done!! She was very professional and communicative!! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!!
I absolutely love living here!!! I have lived here going on 9 years. Anna is one of the best managers we have ever had. She is very quick and efficient with whatever she may be working on. She is always in a pleasant mood and has smile from ear to ear. Maintenace is extremely quick, and William does a very thorough with his work orders. Let's not forget the pool and the welcoming community, I like to call home. In addition to being close to the mall and many restaurants, the location is a hidden gem welcome home !
Management is beyond helpful in all aspects, maintenance gets everything done in a timely manner and keeps the property very clean and safe. I’ve lived here for 2 years and my townhome is definitely a place to call home.
I’ve lived here 12 years raising a girl, the only home she’s ever known. Lots of good people live in this community. One of the reasons Ive been here so long. The property is clean and tidy. Close to the interstate for travel and at the same time close to all the eastside restaurants and mall. Grocery stores are close. Bus stop not too far from the community for residents who don’t drive. Great place to live.
This is the best place I have ever lived in. Anna the property manager is the very best! William the Maintenance guy on the property is absolutely amazing! The guy can fix anything and is always there when I need him. Thank you Hanover for the great place to call my home!
