I absolutely love Hanover Square! The amenities are outstanding, starting with the beautiful swimming pool that’s perfect for relaxing on warm days. Having full-time management on-site is such a convenience, and the team is always super helpful and incredibly friendly. They truly make you feel at home. The 24/7 onsite maintenance is a huge plus – any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Almost year 2. My personal experience has been horrible. Sold 2x. The staff is rude & very insensitive to your needs or request(disabled). Needs new windows rains/snows in units & cold in winter/ hot in summer, needs sealing in & out. They suggest you put plastic on windows instead of them fixing. Just got Heater fixed & still need to use space Heaters for warmth. Smells horrible in the apartments common areas garbage /dog/ cat feces in hallways & garage area. plumming issues. Manager lives on site and is very strict and nosy. Nice when you first meet her but after you sign the lease it’s over with she controls you your guests your car your music everything. The “maintenance guy” is a lonely weirdo who thinks he owns the place because his bff is the manager.
Can’t receive any packages while living here because they will just get stolen!! Most residents have no doorbells therefore we can’t do a “sign for” package because how would we know they are there?
