My partner had questions on our Application that went unanswered and eventually led to a denial. This denial was guaranteed to have an explanation attached to it as well as a phone call from the leasing office that was promised yet heard nothing, and none of our phone calls were returned, almost as if they were ghosting us because we were denied. Jalen has been helpful with our needs around the building. Truly the best leasing agent/property agent we've worked with. Overall building maintenance and pet hygiene issues needs to be worked on tho.

Jalen gave me such an amazing tour of the building and he truly knew all the ins and outs of everything! If you come to visit make sure to request a tour from Jalen since he treated me like royalty on my tour!
I had such a great tour yesterday with Jalen and I’m so glad he was my tour guide. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Definitely made it easier to make my decision to move to DTLA :)!
