Staff is unresponsive and complacent to urgent matters. Staff misspelled my wife’s name and email when entering her information. Not only did this error send her credit report and social security number to a stranger, they have been defensive about the mistake and unresponsive to multiple requests to fix the error so we can sign the lease and receive our keys. I'm writing this review after recently moving out of SouthPark by Windsor Apartments in Los Angeles, CA, and unfortunately, being scammed out of my deposit. My experience at this property was initially positive when I moved in 2022, but it quickly deteriorated. The management team and leasing staff proved to be incompetent and selfish. The office was frequently closed, or staff would hide in the back, making it difficult to address concerns. Maintenance was a significant issue.
