I was very pleased with the service I received from not only the staff but the dentists as well. Dr. Ami Shah and Dr Kal Shah both have a gentle touch and explain everything to you. There's a very good reason why this is called Gentle Dental Smile.
In haste, I've written a previous review about a root canal infection that wouldn't go away. I didn't give Dr. Shah time to speak with me about the situation, since he was out of the country. I regret not giving him the respect of face-to-face contact before writing the bad review. I have since had everything resolved, in a face-to-face meeting with Dr. Shah. Very nice people, Dr. Ami Shah is great.
I went in to see Gentle Dental the middle of November for the first time. I was having tooth pain and hadn't been to a dentist for years. They took xrays to discover I had an infection and needed a root canal. The root canal was performed and I was out of the office in an hour or so. I've returned twice since for follow up appointments to make sure the infection is gone before permanently sealing the tooth and for a cleaning. The staff is always very courteous and helpful.
