Wow, this place is the gestapo. We all need rules to keep things orderly but this place crosses that line and keeps on running. Do yourself a favor and get familiar with the rules BEFORE you buy here. Then run away, don’t walk. This is the stuff HOA nightmares are made of.
When I return home from a trip and enter the gated community of condos surrounded with lush greenery and palm trees, I know I have returned to my oasis in the city. I love the Southern atmosphere the Condo Association has created, and I always feel welcome and at home in the surroundings. The property is well maintained and clean from rubbish.
