They dont try to upsell or oversell you, They dont make you take out 3 mortgages for your repairs. they are very fair, dependable and reliable. I was out running an errand this afternoon and my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on! My sister Tracey McMillan suggested I take my car to Hanover Auto repair which is very close to my home. I called and spoke with Amy who was super helpful and nice! It was already 4:30 and she said....sure, come on by and we'll check it out. And they did! 15 minutes later they told me what the problem was and when I was ready to have it repaired to please come on back and she handed me my keys and I was out the door......no charge! First time visiting Hanover Auto Repair, I called them and asked if they could change my brakes. Tommy told me 3 o clock I showed up at 3 and out the door at 3:25. Thank you for the quick and reliable job today. I highly recommend these guys, as they are friendly and aren't going to sell you something you don't need. Thanks so much and I will be back !
