Great customer service from honest trustworthy people.
RecommendedI needed to find a new "home" for my car to get inspected and taken care of and I'm so glad I found this place. Both of the owners are sweet and honest and deliver the best customer service. they took my car immediately and I was out the door in 25 minutes. I will be back again.
Today I went to Hanover auto for the first time. And it WILL NOT be my last. They are amazing. So professional and kind. I had taken my car to another auto repair shop on Sunday and was told I needed 4 new tires😳. Today they plugged it and I was on on my way in less then 20 minutes .. they didn’t try to sell me anything. And stopped everything to talk to me. From now on all my car needs will be done by them!
The customer service here is top notch. They are honest, good hearted, fun loving guys that will go above and beyond for you. We had an issue with my son’s car yesterday and even with their operation on hold due to computers being down, they went above and beyond to get us taken care of. We have always been super satisfied with their service and this just took them over the top for us! Thank you so much for all you do and we truly appreciate you.
