Horrible experience and awful customer service. I even had the owner call me after I wrote them an email complaining, talking about something completely irrelevant from what I was complaining about.

We recently got my engagement ring at the Berkshire mall in lanesboro ma. After being bombarded and beyond annoyed in other jewelry stores we almost gave up hope. These girls were AWESOME!!! never pushy, they found us the perfect ring in our price range. They were sweet and made it such a memorable experience. We will be returning for our bands and future jewelry!! Thank you, I love my ring!!!
