They were very friendly and helpful. The only problem is they can not get the size of my ring correct. The first time they had it way too small they fixed it for me again and now it’s too big . I’m with the same problem couldn’t wear it before because it was too small and now can’t wear it in fear it will fall off. Not sure what to do at this point.
Donna Cuva in Clifton Park is literally the best person I’ve ever bought jewelry from! She is so kind and had so much patience for me and my difficult fiancé! I love that woman and will be back more often!!

I’ve had the opportunity to know/work with the Hannoush/Albert dealership since .... let’s just say the ‘90’s. Day number one, I felt like I had known him for years. Always a kind and personable man. Absolutely amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, carful attention to detail and they truly treat you like a part of their family. He has produced multiple custom pieces for me or my family members and he also has a huge selection of already beautifully made items as well.
