I wrote the other review here and I would like to add an update. Because of my reviews and a letter the situation has been resolved and the customer service has fully exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank the manager there for helping to resolve everything and to make sure I have the ring and that it looks perfect for my wedding. I can't wait!
If you are going to come in to this store, buy something, and leave then this is a fine place to shop. The product that they sell is amazing. Be warned though, never ever get anything engraved here because you will regret every minute of it. I am getting married in a few weeks. We have bought every piece of jewelry here or their store in North Attleboro. I wanted to have my fiance's wedding band engraved so I brought it to them 2 months before the wedding.
