Referred to Dr. Hannoush to discuss the options available to deal with a hiatal hernia, I left the consultation confident that I was in good hands. He spent ample time with me, as he explained in clear and easy-to-understand language the procedure that I would undergo when I have recovered sufficiently from pneumonia. He illustrated his points by drawing line sketches. I also found his friendly manner and his sense of humor to be reassuring. I trust him completely.
Dr. Hannoush followed me after I had a gastric lap band surgery performed by another surgeon. He and Sara Thompson helped me through numerous complications including chronic reflux and other digestive issues. They both spent time with me and clearly explained my options. I recently had an infection which forced me to have the band (failed band) removed. I was well cared for and never pressured to have more surgery. I know I can call for help anytime. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Hannoush made me feel very comfortable, spent plenty of time with me, answered any questions I had without even me having to ask them. He is a skilled surgeon who cares about his patients and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff were excellent, attentive and professional.

Was sent here for possible hernia, Dr. Hannoush stated I didn't but if I did, he wouldn't do the surgery due to my weight. I am 300 lbs, Then he starts acting like a car salesman trying to sell me on weight loss surgery, stating that my diet plan "Pounds" I am on will eventually fail, and I will be back to my big self because my tstat is broken. I have NEVER been so degraded by a doctor in my life. I would not recommend Dr. Hannoush to my worst enemy!

Had gastric sleeve procedure 3 years ago.Saw him a few times for follow up appointments.Talked to me like I was stupid and such.Afterwards,I kept on seeing his APRN Sarah.She is the worst with bedside manners.Made me cry a lot.Office staff is rude too.I never went back to see them out of the fear of getting yelled at for not sticking to the diet after the surgery.I don’t recommend him to anyone.
I had to wait almost 2 hours to get in for my hernia repair, and when I woke up he was already gone. Every other surgery I have had the doc was there to explain things afterwards. I also have had puss coming from where the stiches were, after 4 months I just had a knot of stitching pop out, hopefully it will start getting better.
I highly recommend Dr. Hannoush to anyone who is thinking of having hernia repairs. In the office, he takes his time talking with you. He listens to your concerns and even views your scan with you (if available), and points out the size and location of the hernia. Because I had had an abdominoplasty in the past, Dr. Hannoush consulted a plastic surgeon, who would then see me, before he performed my hernia repairs (inguinal and umbilical). Dr. Hannoush is genuinely a doctor who cares.
Dr. Hannoush Understood my concerns about impending surgery. I left office with a clear understanding of procedure and confident of a positive outcome.
