Hannah and I worked together on my home sale which occurred at the beginning of COVID. I sold my home of 11+ years at a very low price. Who could know that prices would double in less than a year after I sold? Wrong time and place, perhaps. However, I feel that Hannah, a very experienced realtor, could have done a better job to educate me on the instability of the RE market at the time I was selling. I also feel that she glossed over the implications of her dual agency deal.
