Awful prom experience over priced and they lie alot they'll tell you its the last dress and it's 5 more in the back They make up prices depending on the color of your skin. I bought my dress when I went back to pick it up they couldn't find it well the sale person found it 1hr later back on the sells floor damage and they had the nerve to give me a hard time about cleaning it and repairing my dress.
Do not go to Hannahs Boutique, My daughter got cut there and some blood got on the dress and she didn't even know and now they want her to pay for the dress and held her and her friends there against there will. The police showed up and stated how stupid this was since the place has insurance for this. They made the girls feel like criminals. Sop at Peaches not here
Don't lie to the customers and tell them you will not sell the same dress to another person who is going to the same prom as you.
RecommendedBy far the nicest place we went to in search of the perfect prom dress. All of the girls were so nice and helpful! We went to lots of boutiques and this was by far the best. We found my sisters perfect dress! Highly recommended!
Hannah’s was the WORST experience I’ve ever had the costumer service was nonexistent when trying on dresses no one helped the girl that was “helping” me told me I can only try on 2 dresses maximum but then let other girls try on several when asking questions because I actually wanted to purchase a dress constantly said i don’t know oh and you MUST pay a $50 deposit in order to try on certain dresses
This was the worst experience. My daughters dress was 4 weeks late. Kept giving me the run around. They changed the arrival date 5 times. When it came in it didn’t fit. One day before the dance. I paid cash. They would not give me my money back or exchange the dress. In fact they wouldn’t do anything for me. The owner hide in the parking lot. DO NOT SHOP HERE. We ordered a dress for my sister it came 4 weeks late in the wrong size. When my mother asked for her money back they wouldnt give it to her. Ruined my sisters last homecoming and I refuse to do business with them.
Tonight was our first time here, the dresses were GORGEOUS and the staff was AMAZING, we look forward to shopping with you for our future dances, thanks for making tonight so much FUN for us💜💜💜
