I have Tricare through the military, and this is the worst PCM I’ve ever encountered or anyone else I’ve spoken to has heard of. My insurance company even said they’ll have to “look into it”. Was told they “don’t do” establishing care appointments, but gave me a referral to an OB since I was pregnant. Fast forward to now when I need a referral for a specialist from my PCM specifically and they said they can’t do it because I never established care, I asked to establish care, and they said they can’t because I’m pregnant. Dr. Hannah is one of the most hospitable and down to earth doctors I've ever encountered. She makes sure you are heard, understood, and she does her very best to help you however she can. I appreciate her and her staff more than i can tell you here. If your tired of seeing all the doctors who just see insurance numbers attached to your name and or dollar signs. You should aee her. She's genuine and all of her staff truly care about your well being.
