I got cute about a year ago and found a slightly cheaper homeowners policy outside of Hanlon and signed up for it. Tucker called to let me know he was sad to see me go and offered to take a peek at my new policy for any pitfalls that I may be unaware of. He identified that my new policy had prorated roof coverage based on the age of the roof (my roof is OLD). Hanlon and Associates are the absolute best. When I was hit by an unlicensed and uninsured driver (who lied to me and drove away before I could get the police there), our agent did everything possible to help us and our insurance company gather the necessary info so that our car could be repaired quickly and correctly AND proceed with efforts to recoup the costs from the other driver.
