I spoke with Laura today. Laura told me that it was her belief that smoking marijuana 1 time a day (which does not even specify a dosage of thc consumption) is enough to ensure my disability proceedings get denied and that she would not feel comfortable taking my case due to it requiring effort to win. You are better off going anywhere else. Karens lack of effort during an appeal process nearly cost me two years of time. She quit my case the morning of my hearing. One star is generous for this lazy and wildly unprofessional outfit. Thankfully the judge seemed to agree.

I had a positive outcome and I am grateful. However, communication is poor. For someone going through an unknown process, to the client, communication is key. More times than not, phone calls were not returned. Emails were answered in due time, but if you are needing answers immediately, don’t hold your breath. Follow through was hit or miss. Like I stated, I am grateful for my favorable outcome and appreciate the help from this office but the communication needs work.
