After buying 4 cars from this dealership today my son went in hoping to buy his 3rd vehicle and we were treated very rude. To tell someone with a very good credit score that it isn't that good is bullshit!!!! Also when you try to make a deal don't throw in a bunch crap to jack the price back up. I do not recommend anyone to buy from here unless you want to be treated like shit!!!!
If you are looking for a job, do not apply here. Took them nearly 3 months to get me working after I was already told I had the job. Then on day 2 of working, I was left alone, untrained for several hours. Management needs to pull their heads out of their rears. And this is after they had me drive to Fairfield Twice.
They have some of the worst service advisors. Since they are really busy all the time, they don't take their time to explain patiently about the services and the costs of their services nor they apologize for their behavior after their manager accept our complaint. They do oil change sometimes without remembering to reset the timer. Oil change is like the easiest service anywhere and yet they don't care about the details many many times.
One of the best places to buy Toyota! Great customer service!!!
