When we bought a used car, the manager who selled us the car did not inform us that the car was used as rent car, that the car was involved in the accident. She promised to wash the car, but the car interior was simply polished and did not even wash the stains of spilled coffee. Let it be a used car, but it costs $19K. I’m very disappointed to this place. The people who work here will take advantage of you. I’m disable vet. I just want a reliable vehicle and a fairly price. I put a big chunk of down payment and I still end up paying more with high interest not only that less than a year the car broke down. Please stay away from this place.
Purchasing a car was OK, but their service center made me upset. I made an appointment to change the engine oil for my sienna like usual. I made an appointment and drove to Hanlees Davis Toyota today. They offered me very expensive service since my car is old (2007). I refused the offer then suddenly they don't do any service for salvaged title car although I have been changing the engine oil there all the time. I purchased my other car here, but I will not come back here.

be careful friends hanlees davis toyota service department is so bad they don't know how to deal with person. service department is so rude. i will recamend you another delership. toyota vehicles is very good no doubt .davis hanlees is full with novice persons.
Obviously selling so many cars they can afford to play games. Buying a car shouldn't be this hard or this painful. #Toyota usually does better!
