Great friendly people to work with. Very good at upselling their extended warranty and all other services but Not necessarily the employees are knowledgable about their products inside and but they don't when I asked questions. ***JUST BEWARE**** I found out that I lost 85points from 760 credit scores after Hanlees Toyota pulled 3 credit checks for buying one new car and they are pointing fingers to Toyota Financial services. The worst service ever waist you time and mony they don’t know what are they doing
I have good service considering I usually only have Mondays to service my car. I find it's easier just getting there early in the morning and just sitting and Waiting without an appointment when you call it seems like there's nothing ever open for my schedule unless you call 2 weeks ahead of time. I just take my chances and usually I get serviced
This place is top notch, in a nice area, and great staff. I drove from Sonora, CA to buy a car from them and they even stayed open late to take care of me and went the extra mile. Big thanks to Zach and the rest of his team who sold me my new car!
It tooked them so long for oil change. I was there 8:00 am done by 12:00. Really? Is not even busy days it's Wenesday.
