RecommendedGreat customer service & fast work
Got fairly prompt service. Shuttle was able to take my high schooler to school. One thing I didn’t think to ask but will now is what type of gloves are used when servicing the car. I have a latex allergy and found out after getting back in the car and driving it was irritating me. Called and the girl that answered the phone told me that they use latex. Will make sure I have that notes next time.

Every time I go to hanlees there is a problem. These people can't get their shit together. Either that or they don't give a shit. I think they don't give a shit.
