Took my vehicle for maintenance and when it was finally time to pick it up they couldn't find my key, waited easly 10 + min for them to find it. They also provided mr the wrong paper work, terrible.
Last year I need to get the truck smog, but my engine light was on... So I took it up to the Toyota dealership to find out what was wrong they charge me $160 for the diagnostic and $30 for a new gas cap... This year I was about to do the same damn thing, but I was lucky enough to come across an OBD Scan Tool to only find out that my engine light is on because of the damn gas cap... that means I was about to pay another $200 for a damn gas cap...for 10 years I've been going there with the same car... Ask for JOSEPH or JERMAINE!!!! JOSEPH or JERMAINE will take good care of you. They provide excellent customer service. They’re knowledgeable about the Toyota cars. You don’t feel pressured to purchase. They encourage you to shop around to prove that they offer the best price in the Bay Area for the vehicle/features you’re looking for (we did and they were right!). Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Toyota. The whole experience was painless and was great working with them!
