The service is horrible! Stay away from this place. You can't get anyone and answer the phone. They charge you an arm and leg for repairs and then return your car to you not fix and more is broke than when you turn it in. They try and claim you need to replace parts do to old ago when that part has already been replaced. The service dept is just horrible.

service dept has been very disappointing. Called service dept yesterday. Only get an answering machine. NO RETURN CALL . One time I took my Jeep in for service and an update. Got home and realized my oil never got changed and my tires weren't rotated.. I have complained about a noise under acceleration since I got the car. All I get is unable to duplicate.
Wanted to give a big shout out to Ian in sales and Sandy in finance for the nicest, smoothest car buying experience I've ever had in 27 years of driving! Lovin the Grand Caravan and I'll make the 350 mile trek back for my future car needs! (y)
