My recent experience is this company seriously lacks accountability and decency. The man my dad and I dealt with turned aggressive when we decided we weren’t comfortable leaving my car with him as he had failed to put my appointment in his diary and had no records, notes, or recollection of the prior work done on my car just a month before. What’s worse - screaming and cursing from this man when my dad said we’d like the keys back and to take it somewhere else (I could hear him from the street!).
