I called to see if they could help my friend and his wife who had been sitting on the side of the road with a blow out for several hours. He asked me if I had a semi truck and I said no and asked if he knew of anyone who did standard tires. As I was trying to explain the situation he yelled at me to shut up and hung up on me. VERY rude.
