Yes I used to work at your dealership and no I'm not leaving the review to be rude like I was treated from the snarky service lady. You really should look into hiring some friendlier people there. No she did not say what her name was but I'm sure there's a reason behind why she didn't give her name. You guys were losing business when I worked there. I seen many many un happy customers and looks like the same thing is still going on. Bunch of rude people that do not like there job.

Did everything over the phone great salesman love my new truck
I recently had the seatbelt recall service done at Hank Graff Davison. Scott cheerfully greeted me and quickly got my Silverado back to the tech. I had been advised that the repair would probably take about an hour to complete. You can imagine how surprised, and happy, I was when Scott informed me less than 1/2 hour later that my truck was finished and ready to go.
Car back bumper was fixed, but when I got the car back the temperature on radio face does not work any more (this is a new car!) and the temperature worked just fine when car was brought in, very disappointed!
Worked with body shop to fix Traverse. Took a little longer to fix that I thought it should have but I'm sure it takes longer when dealing with insurance. When we got vehicle back it was fully detailed and felt like a brand new car - very impressed!
