Hank Graff diagnosed the problem with my Avalanche The problem was fixed under warranty and when it took a little longer than expected Hank Graff provided me with a rental car at no charge, which helped me out immensely. I didn't have to worry or figure out how I was going to get to work. Jason was great. He kept me informed off progress and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service.
Eric Grugger was very friendly and I was happy that he made sure I knew all of what I was buying concidering this was the first car I had purchased.

I was quoted 4 prices in total! I was the one who had black equinox towed in yesterday to get laser key cut and reprogrammed. Then...you had to put a "wait" sheet on my dash while I had to go get another $98 n some change! That's my review and I won't be back. I have respected Hank Graff and his son forever but I don't like how the service dept. did not stay with quoted price, 2 mis quotes would have been ok but 4?? As with all dealerships they treat you like a moron, like I know exactly what's wrong with my truck but they say it's something else and when you drive away it's still doing it.
I took my vehicle in yesterday because my tire kept loosing air. While they said it would be an hour wait it was only 30 from the time I dropped off and sat in the waiting room until they called my name. Which was great. They put a plug in my tire and it cost me $23. My husband thought they would take it off and plug it from the inside, nope they did a $3 plug that my husband could have done.
