I was greeted by the service dept. personnel as soon as I entered the area. They listened to my need and requests and completed the job in a short amount of time while I waited in the lounge area. My car was returned in clean order - all settings as I had left them and the service completed.
Amazing customer service from everyone there. From salesman, Chris Horwath, to Tommy & Nicole in service, all go above & beyond normal customer service. We live about a half hour away & it's definitely worth the drive knowing that they'll get us in & out in a timely, no hassle manner. It's nice to see a company that the employees seem to actually enjoy their jobs.
Just bought a 2018 equinox from Chris H. who is honest, caring and always makes sure I am satisfied !!!!

I would like to thank Chris Horwath for all of his help getting into my new 2018 Silverado.... everything went like clockwork even though I changed my mind on the color an hour after I left........
