The service is always good. I go about every 2 months for an oil change. I walk out paying @ 33. I’m not understanding within the last 2 months why the oil change prices have jumped up about 20 dollars. Makes no since! Not happy normally it would go up a little at a time but there is no good explanation for about 20 dollars!

Bought two cars from hank graff and both times I haven’t been completely satisfied. I have had nothing but problems with both cars.
Purchased truck there. I've been committed to servicing my truck only at Hank Graff. However, when I make 8am appointment i don't expect to be calling service at 3pm because they failed contact me at promised time. My truck wasn't completed until after 5pm. My concern is: is the customer paying hourly mechanical rate??? I hope not, because this work could have been down in at least 4 hours...not 9 hours.
