Best lease experience ever! Greg, and everyone at the dealership, was extremely professional and knowledgeable! They really listen to the customer!
I am so angry about the used car I was sold! The car had been "polished up" to show well, but was a giant piece of garbage. The engine was cleaned to look well-maintained, but the rats nests inside the ducting show that the car sat and was neglected. The tires were armor-all'ed to hide the fact they were dried out and weather-checked. The whole underbody turned out to be a rusty mess. Our time at Graff of Durand was the best. We are on our 4th car/truck we've gotten at Graff. This time we had Steve what a great person he is. Thanks again for helping us with our purchase.
Made appointment to get recalls fixed. Knew I needed ride back to work and took three times as long to get a ride. The truck should be done by the time I get a ride. What a joke.
We had issues after we initial purchased the vehicle. But their team quickly fixed the issues. Thank you. I'm a much happier customer.
Terrible sales service. Trust me when i tell you a salesman needs to make a sale they will do anything, but come to your house and get the money. Lied to my family about a vehicle going to auction just to make a sale that day. Other vehicles going to that same auction were still sitting in back lot for over a week. It's a shame, to lie to get a sale.
