Dr Fung's skill in his trade is matched only by his warm, approachable demeanor. When I ask a question, he's eager to field it without railroading me or acting like he has to rush off. That alone is huge. His office also makes it easy to schedule with him, so the entire process from setting up an appointment to finishing it is nearly effortless on my part, and feels more like visiting a friend than going to the doctor. 10/10, would have suspicious spots punch-biopsied and delicately freezer-burned again.
